Job Title: L1 & L2 Gymnastics Coach (multiple positions available)

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time Gymnastics Coach and Club Development Team Member. Based in our state-of-the-art facility at Bourton Gymnastic Club in Bourton-on-the-Water, successful candidates you’ll be an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional gymnastics experiences for children and adults for the local community and across Gloucestershire.

Location: Unit 20B, Bourton Industrial Park, Bourton-on-the-Water, Cheltenham GL54 2HQ

Type: Part-time, or full time (38 hours/week) with flexibility around core hours

Salary: £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications) or pro-rata for part time

Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time, passionate and dedicated Head Coach to join our team as we build a new club. The ideal candidate will hold a L3/L2 WAG qualification. This role involves working closely with gymnasts of various skill levels, and managing the gym environment and staff rotas, and conduct administration. tasks. We open onsite Mon-Thurs evenings and Sat mornings 0830-1130 only. Flexible hours around these times.

Duties
- Deliver gymnastics classes at the club, ensuring safety standards are met at all times
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect.
- Maintain a safe training environment by ensuring all equipment is in good condition and adhering to safety protocols.
- Plan and implement staff rotas

Complete administration duties of enrolling gymnasts, answering e-mails and updating our customer portal.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in gymnastics coaching, with a minimum Level 2 WAG qualification.
In-depth knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety protocols.
Strong communication skills, capable of inspiring and educating young athletes.
A team player with the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
A true passion for sports coaching and nurturing young talent.

Assistant Coaches (Volunteer)

We need more helpers to qualify as assistants - training is provided as well as payment once qualification is obtained!
