WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled party time.

You will have 15 minutes after the party to tidy up. The party must be fully cleared and finished within this time.

We kindly ask you to clear away any leftover food, including anything dropped (a dustpan and brush are available). Please take all rubbish with you when you leave.

You will have 1 hour in the gym with a coach, playing games, using the apparatus, assault courses etc depends what you want on your special day. Then you will have 30 minutes to sit down in our party room to have your yummy food.
Supervision Guidelines

For children aged 18 months to 4 years: Each child must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the party.

For children aged 5 to 13 years: Parents of guests may either watch the fun in the gym or relax in the Beam Café, where the action can be viewed on screen.
Clothing & Safety Rules

Children should wear suitable sports clothing, such as shorts or leggings and a T-shirt.

Please avoid zips, buttons, buckles, or hoodies.

Long hair must be tied back, and hard plastic hair accessories are not allowed.

No jewelry is permitted. If a child is not appropriately dressed, they may not be able to participate.
BIRTHDAY PARTY
SELF CATERED
One hour in our fantastic gym, supervised by British Gymnastic qualified coaches
45 minutes in a special area of our Beam Cafe where you can serve your own party food. You are welcome to decorate the area (but no sellotape, please).
Price: £200 for up to 15 children aged 18 months to 13 years
If you would like to invite more than 15 children, please enquire. Please note there will be a fee of £10 per person.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

We require full payment for the party along with your booking.

Cancellation: A 50% refund is available for any party cancelled up to 30 days before the date of the party. Cancellation in the 30 days before the party are not eligible for a refund.
